- The administrator of the Pedagogical Library collects and processes personal data in accordance with the regulations and principles for personal data processing set out in the GDPR. The administrator ensures transparency, security, and confidentiality, as well as access to information regarding data processing for the individuals to whom the data relates. - Personal data will be processed for the purpose of:
- Execution and provision of an e-service to which a registered user of the Mazovian Pedagogical Libraries Portal is a party – Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
- Fulfillment of a legal obligation to which the Controller is subject – Article 6(1)(c).
- Performance of a task carried out in the public interest, in line with the library’s scope of activity – Article 6(1)(e).
- Consent to the processing of data provided in e-service forms – Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
- The recipients will be exclusively those entities authorized to obtain personal data under the provisions of law.
- Personal data will not be shared with third countries.
- The period for which the Controller processes data depends on the type of service provided and the purpose of the processing. If processing is based on consent, the data will be processed until such consent is withdrawn. In cases where processing is necessary for the conclusion and performance of a service, the data will be processed until the service is terminated or in accordance with regulations governing the handling and retention of documentation. The data processing period may be extended if processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of potential legal claims; thereafter, data will be retained only to the extent and for the duration required by applicable law. Once the processing period has expired, the data is irreversibly deleted or anonymized.
