Regulamin: Renting exhibitions
- The "Exhibition Loan" e-service allows you to borrow an exhibition, the description of which is available on the Radom Pedagogical Library website.
- Any registered user of the Radom Pedagogical Library website can reserve an exhibition loan.
- Borrowing an exhibition is possible after reserving a selected exhibition from the list of available exhibitions on the library website and selecting a date from the availability calendar provided.
- In addition to the exhibition loan reservation date, the ordering party must provide their name, email address, and the name of their school/educational institution in the order form.
- Once the library approves the exhibition loan date, the user will receive an appropriate notification in their mailbox and a system-generated return/delivery protocol, which must be signed and delivered to the borrower.
- The exhibition must be returned to the Library by the date agreed upon with the borrower, but in justified cases, the Library may request an earlier return.
- One exhibition can be borrowed at a time. The borrower will arrange for the exhibition's return transportation at their own expense.
- The borrower assumes full responsibility for the safety of the exhibition and is obligated to return it intact.
- The borrower may not perform any conservation procedures or alter the loaned boards in any way.
- The borrower is obligated to inform visitors of the exhibition's origins at the Pedagogical Library in Radom.
- The exhibition may be used solely for educational purposes (displays, teaching aids during lessons).
- The borrower displays the exhibition at their own premises.
- The borrower may not transfer the loaned exhibition for use or storage to other institutions, legal entities, or individuals, nor use these items for any purpose other than those specified in this document.
