Regulamin: Purchase proposal
- The "Purchase Request" form is intended for all users of the Pedagogical Library in Radom website and is used to submit orders for books and periodicals not in our collections.
- A "Purchase Request" should include the following document details: author's name, title, and optionally, the year and publisher's name (the physical document in the "Comments" field).
- When completing the form, the user is required to provide their personal data: name, surname, and email address, to which a response will be sent regarding whether the request has been accepted. This data will be used only for correspondence with the submitting user.
- Users submitting the "Purchase Request" form are required to check whether the publication they are seeking is in the Integro catalog of the Pedagogical Library in Radom. Requests for publications that are in the collections of the Pedagogical Library in Radom will not be accepted.
- The Pedagogical Library in Radom reserves the right to reject an application at any stage, and the user will be notified electronically.
- There is no minimum or maximum processing time for requests, nor is there a limit on the number of requests.
