The Magic of Nature – Images Frozen in Time. An exhibition of works by Mirosława Suwałka.

Mirosława Suwała is a retired teacher. She has always loved nature in all its forms. She graduated from the Pedagogical University in Kielce and completed postgraduate studies in Radom at the Faculty of Art.
Three years ago, the artist was inspired by natural moss, which, thanks to its structure and colors, provides an excellent base for creating artistic compositions. Using a variety of natural materials, she highlights the harmony between nature and art. Each work is a distinct story, told by the artist using the shapes, colors, and textures of reindeer moss, cushion and feather moss, and natural materials collected during forest walks.
Works featuring reindeer moss become miniature versions of nature, imitating forest complexes, solitary trees, landscapes seen from a bird's eye view, and scenes from the natural world. The works are perfect as home or office furnishings, or as fairytale compositions. The works presented are long-lasting, relaxing, and maintenance-free – because the natural material has undergone a stabilization process, meaning it doesn't require watering, absorbing moisture from the air. They're also perfect for allergy sufferers, as they have a filtering function that purifies the air of toxins.
