{"id":8092,"date":"2021-09-20T18:27:23","date_gmt":"2021-09-20T16:27:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bibliotekapedagogiczna.pl\/polityka-prywatnosci\/"},"modified":"2026-10-22T13:37:29","modified_gmt":"2026-10-22T11:37:29","slug":"polityka-prywatnosci","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/bibliotekapedagogiczna.pl\/en\/polityka-prywatnosci\/","title":{"rendered":"Privacy policy"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Below, you will find information regarding the principles for the processing of personal data on the Local Portal of the Pedagogical Library in Radom, which operates as part of the Regional Portal of the Masovian Pedagogical Libraries.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We care about the privacy of users of the Pedagogical Library in Radom\u2019s local portal, adhering to the principles of data minimization, integrity, and confidentiality, and ensuring that data is stored for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are taking steps to consolidate all measures aimed at ensuring the security of processes involving the processing of personal data, including the security of data belonging to users of the local portal of the Pedagogical Library in Radom. It is of great importance to us to comply with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation \u2013 Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95\/46\/EC (OJ L 119, 2016, p. 1) (hereinafter referred to as the &#8220;GDPR&#8221;).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The operator of the Library\u2019s Local Portal is the Pedagogical Library in Radom. We employ state-of-the-art technical measures and organizational solutions to ensure a high level of protection for personal data and to safeguard against access by third parties.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">User data is collected via an encrypted website and stored in the database of the Regional Portal of the Masovian Pedagogical Libraries, which is secured against access by third parties. As the operator, we make every effort\u2014in accordance with applicable personal data protection regulations\u2014to implement all necessary physical, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal data against accidental or intentional destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, use, or access.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Processing of personal data (information obligation)<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The administrator of personal data collected in the Local Pedagogical Library Portal in Radom is the Pedagogical Library in Radom<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CONTACT DETAILS:<br \/>Pedagogical Library in Radom<br \/>ul. Ko\u015bciuszki 5A; 26-600 Radom<br \/>Tel.: (48) 3459550, email: sekretariat@bp.radom.pl<br \/>ePUAP: BP_Radom\/Skrytka ESP<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Data Controller has appointed a Data Protection Officer, who can be contacted by phone at (48) 345 95 50, by email at iod@ckziu.radom.pl, or by traditional mail at the address mentioned above.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Personal data are processed in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR\u2014that is, on the basis of a contract (the Terms and Conditions)\u2014which has been accepted by:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Users who have an account on the Local Portal of the Pedagogical Library in Radom, which enables the use of all e-services available there,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Users who access the following e-services without creating an account\u2014submitting a request (dezyderata), making an inquiry, or filing a complaint\/application\u2014by completing the relevant service form.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The agreement is concluded by selecting the checkbox to accept the Terms and Conditions during account registration or when completing an e-service form.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Information regarding a User using the e-service without creating an account is stored for a period of three years.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Information concerning a user who has an account on the Pedagogical Library in Radom portal is stored until the account is deleted by the user.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A user may delete their account by clicking the &#8220;Delete account&#8221; button. Once the user&#8217;s account has been deleted, their personal data will be removed within 36 hours, and the account deletion action will be recorded in the System.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Users&#8217; personal data may be made available to entities authorized to receive them under the provisions of law, as well as to entities that provide administrative, organizational, or IT support to the Office.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Data subjects have the right to request access to their personal data, as well as its rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, or data portability.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All of the aforementioned rights may be exercised solely within the limits and according to the principles set forth in legal provisions (including, among others, the GDPR).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Detailed information on how to exercise your rights can be found in the section: Rights of data subjects.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00a0The request regarding the exercise of rights may be delivered in person or sent to the following address:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Library\u2019s postal address: Pedagogical Library in Radom, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>via the electronic submission portal available at: kancelaria@uodo.gov.pl<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The processing of the User&#8217;s personal data is voluntary; however, failure to provide such data will make it impossible to use the Local Portal of the Pedagogical Library in Radom.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cookie Policy<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The website of the Local Portal of the Pedagogical Library in Radom uses cookies\u2014small files sent by a web server and stored on the user&#8217;s end device (such as a mobile phone or computer)\u2014to facilitate the use of the Portal&#8217;s web pages. Cookies contain the name of the website they originated from, the duration for which they are stored on the end device, and a unique identifier.
