The administrator ensures transparency, security, and confidentiality, as well as access to information regarding data processing for the individuals to whom the data relates. Ko\u015bciuszki 5A, 26-600 Radom.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Data Controller has appointed a Data Protection Officer, who can be contacted by phone at (48) 345 95 50, by email at iod@ckziu.radom.pl, or by traditional mail at the address mentioned above.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Personal data will be processed for the purpose of:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Execution and provision of an e-service to which a registered user of the Mazovian Pedagogical Libraries Portal is a party \u2013 Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fulfillment of a legal obligation to which the Controller is subject \u2013 Article 6(1)(c).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Performance of a task carried out in the public interest, in line with the library\u2019s scope of activity \u2013 Article 6(1)(e).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Consent to the processing of data provided in e-service forms \u2013 Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<ol start=\"4\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The recipients will be exclusively those entities authorized to obtain personal data under the provisions of law.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Personal data will not be shared with third countries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The period for which the Controller processes data depends on the type of service provided and the purpose of the processing. If processing is based on consent, the data will be processed until such consent is withdrawn. In cases where processing is necessary for the conclusion and performance of a service, the data will be processed until the service is terminated or in accordance with regulations governing the handling and retention of documentation. The data processing period may be extended if processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of potential legal claims; thereafter, data will be retained only to the extent and for the duration required by applicable law.
